Getting Started

Creating an account is easy! Click the "Login" button in the top right corner, then select "Create Account". You can sign up using your email address or phone number. We'll send you a verification code to confirm your account.

Use the search bar at the top of any page to find specific products. You can also browse by categories on the homepage. Filter products by price, brand, or category to find exactly what you're looking for.

Simply click the "Add to Cart" button on any product page. You can adjust the quantity before adding to cart. Once added, you can view your cart by clicking the cart icon in the top navigation.

Ordering & Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely and encrypted.

Yes! We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI DSS compliant and uses bank-level security. We never store your payment information on our servers.

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After that, orders are processed and cannot be modified. Contact our support team if you need assistance.

After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can track your order status in your account under "My Orders" or contact us for updates.

Delivery

We currently deliver to all areas within Blantyre, including Chichiri, Limbe, Ndirande, Natcholi, Chilimba, and surrounding areas. Use our location search to check if we deliver to your area.

Delivery fees start at MK7,000 and are calculated based on distance, number of items, and current fuel costs. The exact fee is shown in your cart before checkout.

Delivery times vary based on distance, traffic, and order complexity. Most orders are delivered within 30-90 minutes. You'll see an estimated delivery time in your cart.

Currently, we offer same-day delivery only. We're working on scheduled delivery options for the future. Contact us if you have specific timing needs.

Account & Profile

Go to your Profile page from the main menu. You can update your name, email, phone number, and delivery address. Changes are saved automatically.

In your Profile page, click on "Change Password" and follow the instructions. You'll need to enter your current password and create a new one.

Click on "My Orders" in your profile menu to view all your past and current orders. You can see order details, status, and tracking information.
